We accept a limited number of group reservations. Group reservations may only be booked by telephone or in person. Please call (415) 776-5462 and ask to speak with the Events Manager.
Film and photo shoots must be booked directly with our office. Please call (415) 776-5462 or (800) 228-1647 for more information.
Gift certificates are available.
Reservations must be secured with a credit card (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover). Standard reservations do not require a deposit; the credit card is only used to guarantee the cancellation fee. Payment is taken seven days prior to arrival. We also accept cash payments in the exact amount of the total.
The cancellation policy requires 14-days’ notice. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s rate. This includes no-shows and early departures.
Maximum occupancy includes children/infants. All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a charge of $45+tax per person for any additional occupants aged 13+. Children 12 and younger stay for free.
Additional guests for breakfast can be added for $25
A 16% hotel tax will be added to the room rate.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please contact us for check-in after 7:00 PM.
